What We Do
We provide a full range of notarial services, wherever you are. If you're not sure which type of notarization your document requires, your attorney, bank, or the requesting agency can tell you.
You confirm to the notary that you signed a document willingly. Common for deeds, titles, and powers of attorney.
You sign in front of the notary and swear or affirm that the contents are true. Required for affidavits and sworn statements.
The notary witnesses your signature as you sign. Used for wills, contracts, and other legally significant documents.
We certify that a copy of an original document is true and accurate. Useful for diplomas, licenses, and personal records.
We routinely serve clients at home, in hospitals, hospice, assisted living, and nursing care. Travel fees apply based on distance.
We provide notarial services for incarcerated individuals at county jails and correctional facilities. Separate scheduling and fees apply.

Transparent Pricing
Missouri notarization fees are set by state statute. Our travel and specialty fees are listed below so there are no surprises.
Most standard appointments run $30–$60 total, including travel within 15 miles.
Fees set by Missouri statute.
Correctional facility appointments use separate pricing and are not subject to the surcharge stacking cap.
Deposit is retained if the appointment cannot proceed due to signer unreadiness.

Constable Mobile Notary was built around a simple idea: people in rural and small-town Missouri shouldn't have to drive an hour to get a document notarized. If you're elderly, homebound, in the hospital, or just busy, we'll come to you.
Greg Constable is a commissioned Missouri Notary Public serving Fredericktown, Farmington, Ironton, and communities throughout Madison, St. Francois, and Iron counties. He brings the same care and respect to a kitchen table appointment as he does to a hospital room or care facility visit.
We are mobile only — there is no office location. Every appointment is conducted wherever it's most convenient for you.
